Bobbie Frank is the Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the GoWest Credit Union Association in Wyoming. In this role, she represents the interest of the state’s 21 credit unions and their members before the Legislature, statewide elected officials, and agencies to ensure state laws and rules support and foster a positive environment that allows credit unions to best serve their members.

Prior to joining GoWest Frank was the Executive Director of the Wyoming Association of Conservation Districts for 29 years. In this role she was responsible for representing Wyoming’s 34 local conservation districts, political sub-divisions of the state, on state and federal legislative and regulatory issues, training and outreach and management of the Association’s overall budget and staff. She also served as Executive Director of the Wyoming Natural Resource Foundation. A sister organization to the Association.

Frank is a Wyoming native and has an Associates in Agriculture Communications. In 2020, Frank was recognized with the Wyoming Women of Influence Lifetime Achievement Award. She also is an inductee into the Wyoming Ag Hall of Fame and recipient of the National Association of Conservation District’s Distinguished Service Award.

Frank and her husband own and operate a registered angus ranch.
