Aben Hill currently serves as Chief Lending Officer for Community Credit Union in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, he is responsible for all lending and operations activities for mortgage, consumer, and commercial real estate, including insurance and collections.    

He previously held the position of Senior Vice President for California Bank & Trust, where he oversaw the business banking division for Northern California, as well as the core business banking branch network for all aspects of consumer, mortgage, and small-business lending and operations. He has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and has held various mid- to senior-level positions for several financial institutions.  

Hill also has served as an adjunct professor of the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He has taught courses on organizational behavior, management, and leadership for both the undergraduate and MBA programs. He is a proud graduate of GGU’s Executive MBA program.  

Aben has held numerous other leadership positions such as Treasurer, President-Elect, and Development Chair for various nonprofit organizations focused on education, economic, and workforce development, including the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), Bay Area Development Corporation, Nor-Cal FDC, Blind Babies Foundation (SF Bay Area), and The Enterprise for Education and Economic Development (Oregon).
