Puneet Malhotra Joins Kitsap Credit Union as Chief Digital Experience Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in digital banking, payments, technology, and financial services, Puneet Malhotra has joined Wash.-based Kitsap Credit Union as the new Chief Digital Experience Officer. Malhotra will lead the credit union’s digital strategy, driving innovation across digital initiatives that expand convenience for members while maintaining the credit union’s commitment to personal service.

Most recently, Malhotra served as Chief Revenue Officer at Personetics, an AI-powered cognitive banking platform used by financial institutions worldwide. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Candescent as Head of Global Sales, Digital First Banking, where he partnered with banks and credit unions on digital transformation strategy, platform capabilities, operating-model change, and adoption programs.
