Fibre Federal Credit Union’s Remodeled Branch Focuses on Member Experience

Fibre Federal Credit Union employees, representatives from Kelso-Longview Chamber, and other community partners celebrate the Commerce Financial Services Center ribbon cutting.

Fibre Federal Credit Union recently celebrated the reopening of its newly remodeled Commerce Financial Services Center, formerly known as Main, with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Kelso-Longview Chamber of Commerce.

This event brought together Fibre Federal leadership and staff, elected officials, community partners, and a special guest from the GoWest to mark the completion of the location’s first major remodel in 17 years.

The remodel represents a significant investment in how Fibre Federal serves its members, with a refreshed layout that makes better use of the space while creating a more welcoming, efficient, and personalized environment.

Redesigned lobby with member service pods offer more privacy and comfort during transactions than a traditional teller line

“It was all redesigned to focus on the member experience,” said Christopher Bradberry, President and CEO. “This space now combines convenience and technology with the personal relationships that remain at the heart of Fibre Federal.”

Among the updates are member service pods that replace the traditional teller line, providing greater privacy and a more comfortable setting for conversations about members’ financial needs and goals. The lobby also features new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) stations, where members can complete everyday transactions with assistance from a local Fibre Federal employee through LiveConnect service on-screen. The expanded ITM network also increases access to Spanish-speaking employees, making bilingual assistance available to more members at convenient locations.

The ribbon cutting was an opportunity to celebrate not only the completion of the remodel, but Fibre Federal’s continued investment in its members, employees, and the Longview community.
