Candidate Conversations Continue

With the Wyoming primary election only four weeks away, credit unions continue to connect with legislative candidates.  Last week Matt Ballou, WyHy FCU and Adele Gardner, Meridian Trust FCU, met with and provided campaign support to Senator Taft Love. Senator Love represents SD 10, which includes the eastern portion of Cheyenne to the Nebraska state line, northern Laramie County, and all of Platte County.

 

This week, Ballou and Jim Yates, First Education FCU, met with Dan McIntosh. McIntosh is running for House District 11, which includes areas of Laramie County. House District 11 is currently held by Jason Wasserburger, who has opted not to run again. McIntosh is a Cheyenne native, an Air Force reservist, and directs LCCC’s Center for Business and Economic Analysis, teaches economics, law and policy, and helps coach cross-country at East High.  The McIntosh campaign was provided support as well.
