Fibre Federal Credit Union Receives Juntos Avanzamos Designation

Fibre Federal Credit Union recently received recognition as a Juntos Avanzamos designated credit union. This national recognition is awarded to credit unions dedicated to serving and empowering Hispanic and immigrant communities, and Fibre Federal is among a small handful of credit unions in Washington and Oregon to receive this honor.

Juntos Avanzamos means “Together We Advance,” and implies that when one person or family moves forward, everyone rises together. More than 10% of the communities Fibre Federal serves are Hispanic, and this designation reaffirms the credit union’s dedication to helping every member feel supported and valued.

Fibre Federal’s Spanish-language services help remove barriers so members can feel confident and supported. These services include:

  • Bilingual staff and Spanish support by phone, online chat, and ITMs
  • Spanish website, Online Banking options, and brochures
  • ITIN lending at the same best available rates as traditional loans
  • Spanish-language financial education resources including GreenPath Financial Wellness and the Zogo app

Fibre Federal Credit Union believes when barriers come down, new possibilities open up. With the right support and service, members can focus on building stability, achieving goals, and creating lasting opportunities for their families and communities. That spirit of progress is what “Together We Advance” is all about.
