Fibre Federal Celebrates Leader’s Completion of the CUDE Program

Fibre Federal Credit Union shared that its Marketing & Community Development Manager, Crystal Garrison, successfully completed the Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) program in Madison, Wisc.

The immersive, week-long program offers a transformative learning experience centered on the cooperative principles and the purpose-driven philosophy that make credit unions unique. Through interactive sessions, collaborative projects, and thought-provoking discussions, participants explore the “why” behind the credit union movement — focusing on empathy, community impact, and financial well-being for all.

Garrison was one of only 54 credit union professionals from across the nation to complete this year’s program. Her achievement reflects a deep commitment to the credit union mission of People Helping People and to serving Fibre Federal’s members and communities in Oregon and Washington with care and integrity.
