With unwavering dedication to building elected official relationships and investment in his community, Brian Rohrbacher, President and CEO of Grand Altitude FCU (formerly Atlantic City FCU) was recognized during the MAXX Awards Gala in Portland with the Summit Advocate award.
The Gala celebrated those who rise above and beyond and Rohrbacher fits the bill with his commitment and dedication of time leading up to the passage of the public deposits legislation. He attended County Commissioner Association meetings, made several trips to Cheyenne before and during the session and ensured that his own local legislators were informed of the importance of the bill. He has been a stalwart advocate for years and that work paid off in 2025.
The Summit Advocate award recognizes a leader who elevates the voice of credit unions in public policy and civil engagement and who understands that participation in the legislative and political process is essential for the long-term success of the Movement and the financial well-being of members.
Dan Stanton, Trona Valley FCU Board member was also recognized with the Distinguished Director award for his years of service on the Trona Valley FCU.
