Training Manager
Job Description:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for training? Air Academy Credit Union is seeking a Training Manager to join our team and elevate our training programs. You will oversee and coordinate the activities of our training department, focusing on assessing organizational needs and developing comprehensive training solutions that align with company goals and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with management, project teams, and subject matter experts.
- Create training plans aligned with company initiatives, strategic plans, new products, and policy changes.
- Support new process improvements and efficiencies creation.
- Direct needs assessment for training and staff development.
- Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified needs.
- Design and develop training programs for management and employees.
- Select appropriate instructional procedures and communication methods.
- Oversee development of training manuals, reference materials, job aids, and multimedia visual aids.
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales Team to design and manage sales training strategies.
- Conduct workshops and training to increase conversational confidence related to the Sales Experience Model.
- Train instructors, training department, and subject matter experts in effective training techniques.
- Use effective adult learning techniques for various training areas.
- Review evaluations of training courses and monitor progress of trainees.
- On-site (non-remote) position.

- Skill in incorporating innovative training methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Focus on coaching and mentoring staff to foster their professional growth and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, organization development, business administration, or liberal arts.
- At least two to five years of teaching/training equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
