We are currently looking for a full-time non-exempt Assistant Cash Management Officer to join our team! In this role, you will provide quality services to existing business members while actively growing business banking relationships. You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of SELCO’s cash management and business deposit portfolios.
This position will work onsite at either the Gateway branch in Springfield, Oregon or the West Bend branch in Bend, Oregon. The Assistant Cash Management Officer is only eligible for in office/branch arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: The full salary range for the Assistant Cash Management Officer position is $31.95 to $46.25 per hour, with new hires generally starting between $34.30 to $39.10 per hour, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

POSITION DETAILS
Essential Functions include (please see the position description for a comprehensive list):
- Assist with the administration of SELCO’s cash management program, including pricing and negotiation of related products for business members.
- Implement, train, and provide ongoing maintenance of business deposit and cash management products and services such as account analysis, digital banking, remote deposit capture, ACH origination, and positive pay.
- Analyze, evaluate, and interpret information related to cash management members and prospects such as management and business history, industry risk, tax returns, financial statements, and deposit history.
- Prepare thorough customer analysis, including financial reports with explanations, along with spreading tax returns and financial information, such as account analysis, and business deposit bank statements.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; and
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; and
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a business or treasury associate role, or related experience in a private or relationship banking role; and
- Successful completion of accounting courses within six (6) months of hire date; and
- Must be bondable.
