Red Canoe Credit Union recently announced the selection of Jerrod Keller as its new Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Keller is replacing Deidra Miner, former Chief Operations Officer, who was recently promoted to President/CEO of the $1.1 billion, Wash.-based credit union.
Keller brings more than 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, including previously serving as Chief Operating Officer at TwinStar Credit Union of Olympia, Wash., and most recently as the Chief Experience Officer at SAFE credit union in Folsom, Calif.
“The Chief Experience Officer position is a newly established role at Red Canoe, designed to take a comprehensive approach to serving our members and reinforcing our dedication to providing exceptional experiences for our membership,” said Deidra Miner, CEO of Red Canoe. “We’re excited to have Jerrod onboard to continue our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional personalized service to our members. Jerrod’s extensive experience and personal approach compliment our passion for helping our members financially thrive, championing our employee teams, and continuing our legacy of making a difference in the communities we serve.”
After an extensive national search, Keller was chosen for his depth of experience in sales, retail systems, and member experience in the digital journey.
“It’s an honor to join the Red Canoe team in their journey of growth and experience management. Members are expecting more out of their financial relationships in today’s market. We have to work hard to be intentional and include our member’s voice in all we do,” said Keller.
As a long-time community advocate, Keller has been actively involved in Pacific Northwest communities over the years, committing to local boards focusing on financial education and senior services support programs.
