BIOGRAPHY:

An experienced financial services leader, Melissa Wolff is the VP of Operations Support and Payment Services for WSECU, a not-for-profit credit union focused on its members, employees, and communities in Washington state. Melissa has been with WSECU since January 1990, with primary oversight of back office operational teams supporting the credit union’s suite of Deposit and Card Products and Services, ATM Fleet Management, and Payment Related Services. Melissa has extensive experience in Fraud Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance and led the credit union’s journey and adoption of Robotic Process Automation. She currently serves on the Client Advisory Board for MAP, LLC, and as a new board member, she looks forward to sharing her expertise in card, risk, and payment strategies to support other MAP clients.
