BIOGRAPHY:

Kelley Hodney has seen the financial services industry from all angles: She worked on the regulatory side at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Consumer Protection & Financial Fraud Division, the internal and operational side with Wells Fargo, and now the advisor side as a regulatory compliance attorney.

This broad hands-on experience allows Kelley to understand client needs and provide concrete advice to financial service providers regarding regulatory, compliance, and operational matters.

The ever-changing regulatory atmosphere presents challenges for clients and opportunities to proactively assist them. Kelley maintains an in-depth understanding of issues affecting financial institutions and provides timely compliance guidance to credit unions, banks, and other financial service providers.
