Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Acts as subject matter expert for employees and members on Digital and Cards systems and services, including but not limited to; Q2 Online/Mobile banking platform, Quicken, IPay, ProPay, Worldpay/FIS platform, MasterCard Connect.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills to dig into and report issues to resolve or improve employee and member experience.
  • Coordinates with the Training Department to ensure changes/updates are added to training material and communicated to staff.
  • Communicate and work with Branches and Contact Center for regular updates on common themes in service deficiencies, areas of improvement, and training opportunities to ensure clear understanding of services.
  • Thoroughly test systems for upgrades and fixes and coordinate with testers to obtain feedback.
  • Urgency to answer employee and members via calls, email, or messages and provide best in class service every time.
  • Process fraud, lost, stolen, and compromise alerts and contact members when necessary.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively through written documents and verbal interactions.
  • Capable of analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Skilled at maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Experienced in resolving conflicts and diffusing tense situations through effective communication.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and adherence to organizational policies and procedures when making decisions.

 

Work Schedule:

 

Full-time – estimated 40 hours per week.

  • Schedule 8:00am-5:15pm
  • Required to work Saturdays as assigned.
  • Hybrid work environment available based on employee performance.

 

Training:

 

Training will begin on Monday, July 29th from 9:00am-5:00pm at our corporate location in Colorado Springs.

 

Additional Information:

 

The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual corporate bonus based on overall performance.

 

GV 700: $19.00 – $24.52 per hour
