Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. College degree strongly preferred.
  • Must have at least 3 years’ credit union or banking experience.
  • At least 2 years’ in a supervisory position with direct reports required.
  • At least 1 year of lending experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and credit check
  • Must be able to register with National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to a fluctuating workload.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced member driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work branch hours to include events outside of normal operating hours.
