Commercial Lending Systems Analyst
Job Description:
The Commercial Lending Systems Analyst partners with analysts, program managers, and product managers within the enterprise solutions and development teams to ensure commercial lending applications meet business requirements and quality standards. The Analyst performs business process related activities focused on improving efficiency.

Job Duties:
- Partner with business unit managers, stakeholders and vendors to resolve errors and implement testing plans to move system updates through change control and into production
- Primary contact for systems, reporting and process related analysis
- Define, create test scenarios/scripts and document defects for test scripts and coordinate issue resolution
- Contribute to developing, maintaining and enhancing testing standards, guidelines and processes
- Capture and articulate business requirements to align with functional specifications, provide status updates and ensure quality of solution throughout the project
- Create functional specifications for new or modified systems and processes, recommend system and/or process improvements
- Partner with business unit managers and stake holders to conceptualize and design dashboards and reports
- Perform regular quality assurance and identify version control on applications as required
- Participate in project communications, training materials, process mapping and business procedures/documentation
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business process analysis, evaluation/implementation, and design or redesign of process flows in the financial services industry
- Excellent research, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
- Basic skills in analytical and database tools (ie. Excel, Access, Tableau)
- Familiarity with programming language (such as VBA, SQL, R)
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred
