Job Description:

High Peaks Federal Credit Union, a growing $40 million credit union located in picturesque Dillon, MT, is seeking an innovative professional to take the President/CEO position.  The ideal candidate will have financial institution experience (credit union experience preferred), and five years of progressive management. High Peaks FCU has three branches; therefore, knowledge of branch operations is a plus. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction in all areas of credit union operations and assist the board in setting the long-term strategic vision for the credit union. The board is seeking a proven leader who works collaboratively with volunteers, staff, membership, and community. This individual must have a proven track record of personnel management, communications, problem solving, and organizational skills and have a high degree of integrity. Preference will be given to candidates with a college degree.
