Victor Melnik Hired as Numerica Credit Union’s VP of Retail Experience

Numerica Credit Union has hired Victor Melnik as Vice President of Retail Experience for Spokane Valley and North Idaho. In his new role, he will focus on leading member experience, team development, business growth, and community engagement.

“Victor is a proven leader who has built high-performing teams throughout his career while maintaining a strong commitment to the communities he serves,” said Chris Mantie, Numerica Senior Vice President of Retail Experience. “His extensive experience in retail banking, passion for coaching and developing people, and dedication to creating exceptional member experiences make him an outstanding addition to our leadership team.”

With more than 25 years of financial services leadership experience, including 15 years in leadership roles, Melnik previously served as regional sales and service manager at Gesa Credit Union, where he led retail operations across multiple markets in Western and Central Washington.

He earned an Executive MBA from the University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking School and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
