NW Plus Credit Union’s Leadership Promotions Reflect Commitment to Member Service, Innovation, and Growth

NW Plus Credit Union has appointed three accomplished leaders to executive positions within the credit union, recognizing decades of combined experience, a deep commitment to member service, and a shared vision for the future of the credit union.
“These leadership appointments reflect NW Plus Credit Union’s ongoing commitment to serving members with excellence while positioning the organization for continued growth and innovation,” said Torrie Ramos, CEO, NW Plus CU. “Debbie, Dan, and Rosie each bring unique expertise, deep industry knowledge, and a member-first mindset that will help guide NW Plus Credit Union into the future.”
Debbie Driscoll – Chief Operating Officer
Driscoll’s career at NW Plus began in April 2002, making the credit union her first position in the financial services industry. Over the past 24 years, she has advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including Member Service Representative/Consumer Lending, Branch Manager, Director of Operations, BSA Compliance Officer, Assistant Vice President of Lending, and most recently Chief Lending Officer.
As Chief Operating Officer, Driscoll will oversee the credit union’s service delivery strategy and operational excellence initiatives. Her responsibilities include building a differentiated member experience across all departments, championing employee and member engagement, expanding electronic access channels, strengthening brand equity, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture centered on exceptional service and sales excellence. She will also lead member service program development, employee training initiatives, and support the credit union’s mission, vision, core values, and service promises.
Throughout her tenure, Driscoll has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation. She developed a branch culture focused on teamwork, dependability, and member success; consistently exceeded lending and member growth goals; led sales and service training initiatives; and played a key role in implementing automated underwriting systems and online lending platforms. Her extensive experience also includes lending operations, compliance oversight, staff development, and strategic planning.
Driscoll holds certifications as a CUNA Certified BSA Compliance Officer, CUNA Certified Financial Counselor, and NMLS Certified Mortgage Lender.
Dan Minton – Chief Information Officer
Minton brings more than 32 years of information technology experience, including 24 years with NW Plus Credit Union. He began his career at the credit union in an entry-level technician role and steadily advanced through positions including Network Administrator, IT Manager, and Assistant Vice President of IT & Security.
As Chief Information Officer, Minton will lead the credit union’s technology and security strategy, ensuring technology investments align with organizational goals. He will oversee information technology operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, physical security, facilities management, and team development initiatives.
Minton’s extensive knowledge of the credit union’s systems and operations, combined with decades of technical expertise, positions him to continue driving innovation, operational resilience, and secure technology solutions that enhance both employee and member experiences.
Rosie Fontenot – Chief Lending Officer
Fontenot brings more than 15 years of credit union experience, having served members and communities across multiple states since 2009. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening member relationships, supporting high-performing teams, and helping credit unions grow while remaining true to their cooperative mission.
As Chief Lending Officer, Fontenot will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all lending operations, including mortgage lending, consumer lending, indirect lending, collections, and small business lending. She will be responsible for developing and implementing lending strategies, policies, and procedures that ensure the credit union’s lending portfolio remains sound, competitive, member-focused, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Known for her empathy, integrity, and genuine desire to help others succeed, Fontenot is passionate about building strong credit union communities and creating opportunities that help members thrive.
