With 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, Francine Gardner joins SELCO Community Credit Union as Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer for its Commercial & Business Banking division. Operating out of SELCO’s Gateway branch in Springfield, Ore., Gardner will be tasked with developing new commercial and business banking relationships through business development and community engagement. She will also be responsible for the growth, management, and credit quality of a complex commercial loan portfolio.

“We are incredibly fortunate to welcome someone of Francine’s caliber, experience, and reputation to our team and look forward to the expertise and leadership she will bring,” said Sean Huntington, Vice President of Commercial Lending.

She started her professional career as a personal banker at a national bank straight out of college, and after a one-year crash course in banking, she has spent the entirety of her career in commercial banking, most recently as a Senior Commercial Loan Officer at a Pacific Northwest-based credit union for eight years.
