Crypto Kiosk Bill Clears First Hurdle

The House passed SF 75 – Virtual Currency Kiosk bill today on introduction. The aye votes far exceeded the 2/3rds majority required for introduction with a 52 aye 2 nay and one exceed vote.

The bill was referred to the House Revenue Committee. The Committee meets Tuesday and Thursdays in the morning. GoWest will be prepared to testify in support of the bill when it is scheduled for committee work.
