Chris Mantie Joins Numerica Credit Union as SVP of Retail

Numerica Credit Union recently announced Chris Mantie as the credit union’s new Senior Vice President of Retail. Mantie will oversee retail operations for Numerica’s 22 branches across Spokane, North Idaho, the Tri-Cities, and Wenatchee. He will guide retail strategies, ensure operational excellence, and support teams in delivering exceptional service to members across the region.

Mantie brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Retail Sales and Service at First Tech Federal Credit Union. Over the past five years, he led transformative retail strategies and championed a culture of service excellence. Known for his commitment to his team and the members they serve, Mantie believes empowered employees are key to delivering exceptional experiences.
