Climb Credit Union Named a Winner of the U.S. Top Workplaces for Frontline Workers 2026 Award

Colo.-based Climb Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2026 honor by Top Workplaces for Frontline Workers. This recognition marks Climb’s first award in the Frontline Workers category, celebrating the essential role of employees who directly serve members each day.

This achievement builds on Climb’s continued success. The credit union has also been named a Top Workplace by The Denver Post for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025).

“We’re so proud to be recognized with the Top Workplaces for Frontline Workers award,” said Miranda Lott, Chief People Officer at Climb Credit Union. “Every employee plays a vital role in who we are and how we serve our members. This award is a reflection of our frontline workers’ commitment, care, and the incredible energy they bring to Climb each day.”

The Top Workplaces for Frontline Workers list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
