TAPCO Credit Union Welcomes Jessica Rein as Vice President of Member Experience

TAPCO Credit Union has named Jessica Rein as Vice President of Member Experience. She brings 19 years of credit union experience to this role, with a strong focus on operations, training, digital engagement, and member service.

In her new position, Rein will oversee the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the member experience across TAPCO’s Washington branches, contact center, and digital channels.

Prior to joining TAPCO, she served as Branch Operations Manager at Kitsap Credit Union, where she led teams through strategic process improvements, staff development, and enhanced service delivery.

Throughout her career, Rein has specialized in optimizing retail banking operations, coaching high-performing teams, and aligning service strategies with member needs. She is passionate about building inclusive member journeys and implementing thoughtful improvements that strengthen engagement across all channels.

Rein earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
