Nomination Inspiration
2024 Employee Experience Winner – Blue Federal Credit Union, Wyoming
Blue Federal Credit Union’s Culture Blueprint, Ambassador Program, and Employment Engagement Passport play vital roles in the success of the credit union’s employee experience.
Some of Blue’s achievements included enrolling 40 employees in a two-year Emerging Leadership Program, having an impressive 27% internal promotion rate, reducing turnover by nearly 11%, logging over 4,000 hours of volunteerism, and offering their employees enhanced benefits like 24 hours of earned time off for every 24 hours of completed volunteer time.
As Blue’s mission is to “discover pathways to realize possibilities,” their Employment Engagement Passport is one of the pathways to unlock opportunities for employees in a fun, engaging and interactive way. Learn more about their Engagement Passport program in the video below.
