WyHy Welcomes Two New Key Leadership Team Members

Wyoming-based WyHy Federal Credit Union recently announced the addition of two experienced leaders to its team: Jodi Smith as the Director of Human Resources and Branda Gilmore as the Chief Financial Officer.

Jodi Smith brings nearly two decades of expertise in human resources leadership, having previously held key roles with Voestalpine Railway Systems, HF Sinclair Corporation, and Super Vacuum Manufacturing. Smith’s approach to HR is people-first, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and cultivating a strong organizational culture.

Holding an MBA from Regis University, Smith is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), reflecting her deep knowledge of HR strategy. As Director of Human Resources, she will be instrumental in fostering an environment of transparency, honesty, and strong relationships within the organization.

Branda Gilmore, a seasoned financial executive with 25 years of experience in the credit union industry, joins WyHy as its new CFO. Gilmore’s background includes leadership positions as CEO, EVP, and CFO, as well as founding her own consulting firm. She has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and leading strategic financial initiatives.

Gilmore holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). As CFO, she will focus on WyHy’s financial strategy, ensuring its continued growth and stability while empowering members through tailored financial solutions.
