Numerica Credit Union Promotes Leo Martinez Jr. to AVP, Retail Experience

Numerica Leo Martinez Jr.

Leo Martinez Jr. has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Experience for Central Washington at Numerica Credit Union. Martinez will oversee the retail experience team across Central Washington branches, driving strategic growth and enhancing member connections.

With more than 14 years of leadership experience, Martinez most recently served as Numerica’s Court Street branch manager. Court Street is one of eight branches he will oversee spread between Pasco, Richland, Kennewick, Wenatchee, and East Wenatchee. He brings a deep understanding of retail banking and relationship building to this role.

“Leo’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping the member experience at Numerica,” said Andy Stirling, Senior Vice President of Retail Experience. “His passion for innovation and commitment to community engagement make him the perfect fit to lead the Central Washington retail team. We’re excited to see his continued impact as he helps drive growth and deepen relationships in the region.”

Throughout his tenure, Martinez has successfully led five branches, including two grand openings. He spearheaded Numerica’s Hispanic feasibility initiative, enhancing services for Spanish-speaking members. His forward-thinking leadership continues to elevate Numerica’s commitment to inclusivity, community engagement, and exceptional member service.
