Wyoming CU Priority Bills Pass, Head to Governor

Two of the credit union priority pieces of legislation have passed both houses of the Wyoming legislature and now are headed to Governor Mark Gordon for his signature.

Senate File 25 – Electronic lien and titling system is now Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 5  and House Bill 41 – Environmental quality – irrevocable letters of credit is now House Enrolled Act (HEA) 7. Both have signed by the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate and will now head to the Governor.

The Governor has three days (Sundays excepted) to sign, veto, or allow to become law without signature. GoWest has requested a public bill signing with the Governor for Senate File 25/SEA 5.
