Stay Compliant with Confidence: GoWest’s Essential Compliance Resources
Posted by Alyse Knudsen on January 22, 2025
GoWest provides valuable guidance and consultation on complex state and federal laws and regulations. GoWest’s full-time staff of compliance experts and a robust suite of online resources are available to provide timely assistance to member credit unions on any compliance-related issue.
“We are in an ever-changing environment,” said David Curtis, GoWest’s Director of Compliance Services. “With the recent change of administration, staying on top of regulation updates is going to be crucial from the federal standpoint, and with all state legislatures in session, there may be changes that credit unions will need to be aware of on a state level as well.”
“Our goal is to give credit unions the resources they need to be compliant today and to provide insight on rules and regulations that are in the pipeline,” shared Tiarra Sanders-Hausa, GoWest’s Compliance Manager. “Compliance is complex, but we are here to ease the burden for credit unions.”
