Elevations Credit Union Wins a Colorado Top Workplace Award

For the second year in a row, Boulder, Colo.-based Elevations Credit Union has been named one of the best places to work in Colorado by the Denver Post’s annual Top Workplaces Award. The credit union ranked second in the category of best large companies in the state in 2024.

Top Workplaces rankings are determined solely by employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey that covers 24 factors and asks employees to offer feedback on topics such as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation. More than 68% of eligible Elevations employees participated.

“Being honored with a Top Workplaces award is a distinctive mark of excellence, setting companies apart in a recognizable way,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, the third-party company that administered the survey. “Top Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, is a point of immense pride for company leaders.”

Elevations was also recognized this year as a national Top Workplaces by USAToday. “It’s a privilege for us to be recognized as one of Colorado’s and the country’s leading workplaces,” said Tammy Teitscheid, Chief People Officer at Elevations Credit Union. “We place a high value on fostering an environment that is caring and inclusive, and it’s amazing to see how this results in high employee engagement. I love hearing that our employees appreciate our efforts.”
