After an incredible journey spanning over 44 years in the credit union movement and 36 years with NW Priority Credit Union, Sue Greenshields, Chief Operations Officer, bids farewell as she embarks on a well-deserved retirement. Her unwavering commitment, exceptional dedication, and invaluable contributions have left a lasting mark on NW Priority Credit Union, shaping its success and fostering a culture of excellence.
Sue’s legacy is measured not only in years but also in the countless lives she has touched, the projects she has led, and the numerous milestones she has helped the credit union achieve. Her wisdom, guidance, and tireless work ethic have inspired many, and she will be greatly missed.
As they bid farewell to Sue, they are also excited to announce Mark Gonzalez’s promotion to Chief Operations Officer, with an impressive background in operations, lending, and member service. Mark brings a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a commitment to uphold the standards of excellence set by his predecessor.
With over 17 years of experience in credit union and fresh energy, Mark is poised to contribute significantly to NW Priority Credit Union’s continued growth and success. They eagerly anticipate his insights and leadership as they navigate the evolving landscape.
