Southwest Chapter of Idaho Credit Unions Hosts CEO Panel

The Southwest Chapter of Idaho Credit Unions held its first event Nov. 27 as a combined chapter organization.

The chapter hosted a CEO panel with the following:

• Todd Erickson – CapEd Credit Union
• Wendy Edwards – Clarity Credit Union
• Curt Perry – Pioneer Federal Credit Union
• Brenda Worrell – Idaho Central Credit Union
• Brad Swartzentruber – Northwest Christian Credit Union

About 60 people were in attendance from 10 area credit unions. The inspiring discussion covered topics including work-life balance, what their biggest challenges are as CEOs, and how credit union employees can accelerate their professional careers.

This event is the first of many that will be hosted by the chapter to further engage credit union employees and help promote the leadership, education, advocacy, and philanthropy in action pillars of the chapter’s purpose.

The Southwest Chapter of Idaho Credit Unions meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. at Horizon Credit Union at the Overland branch in Meridian, Idaho.

Anyone interested in taking their career to the next level is welcome to join their monthly meetings!
