Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily focuses on credit union core platform systems, including but not limited to; Fiserv DNA, Fiserv CRM/BI, Fiserv Activity Manager,Fiserv WireXchange, Fiserv Integrator Advanced.
- Acts as system admin to major credit union systems, including but not limited to;Temenos Akcelerant, Salesforce CRM, nCino, TruStage Form Library, Docusign.
- Communicates and collaborates with relevant department managers for required Fiserv DNA upgrade enhancements or changes along with testing, troubleshooting, and error mitigation.
- Maintain action items list for relative stakeholders. Follow up to ensure tasks are completed within timeframes provided. Provide periodic action item reminders to team members for action items due within the upcoming period.
- Research available updates and/or customizable functionality to determine a use case for integration into current or desired credit union functionality.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Project Management: Strategically and tactically manage projects to support the implementation and training of new initiatives within the organization.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong writing skills and the ability to comprehend and convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial computer programs and the ability to learn and utilize the Credit Union’s equipment and software programs. Willingness to use advanced technologies such as AI and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address systems challenges and improve system processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- One to two years of experience working with software applications in a financial institution and managing software-related projects preferred
- Hybrid work schedule available upon demonstrating independent proficiency in the role
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay Information:
The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
Grade Value 1200: $27.35 – $41.00
Training Information:
Paid training will be held at our corporate office in Colorado Springs mid-October.
