We are currently looking for a full-time exempt Site Reliability and Integration Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will provide analysis, development, implementation, investigation, and production support for SELCO programs and applications. This role integrates responsibilities from DevOps Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Integration Development to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient systems. Platforms include Cloud Service Providers, on-premise servers, internal APIs, and 3rd-party APIs.
This position will report to the Corporate Headquarters location in Springfield, Oregon and is possibly eligible for a remote work arrangement for those who meet the program requirements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with some rotating weekend hours.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: The full salary range for the Site Reliability and Integration Engineer position is $7,720 to $11,860 per month, with new hires generally starting between $9,110 to $10,470 per month, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This range will be converted to semi-monthly ranges for exempt employees.
Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

POSITION DETAILS
Essential Functions include (please see the position description for a comprehensive list):
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools and implement proactive solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks and improve deployment processes.
Required Skills and Abilities include (please see the position description for a comprehensive list):
- Programming and scripting skills (.NET/C#, PowerShell, Bash, SQL, JavaScript).
- CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, version control (Git) and cloud services skills.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and deployment skills across distributed systems.
- Ability to manage infrastructure using IaC and configuration management tools.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; and
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; and
- At least two (2) years of experience in software development, DevOps, SRE, and/or integration roles.
