Job Description:

Arizona Central is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the branch network and other service operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage data to drive key operational decisions.
  • Manage senior leaders, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental objectives.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational growth and adaptation.
  • Foster a culture of process improvement by identifying areas for enhancement across all operations.
  • Collaborate with other executives to develop strategic plans that align with the company’s vision.

Experience

  • 10 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a COO or in similar positions within the banking industry.
  • Strong background in operations management, with demonstrated success in change management initiatives.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams across various functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence through effective management practices.
