How to Make the Oregon Legislative Luncheon Successful for You and Your Team!
Posted by Pam Leavitt on January 27, 2026
It’s not too late to register for our biennial Oregon Legislative Luncheon on Wednesday, February 11. We look forward to welcoming you and your team and want to share a few details to help ensure a successful day.
This luncheon is a valuable opportunity to come together in support of promoting the Credit Union Difference at the Oregon Capitol. The program will feature leaders from the Legislature and the Regulator’s office, along with an overview of what to expect during a short legislative session.
Following the luncheon, participants will head to the Capitol to see all the updates and changes to the Capitol building since last year and deliver advocacy notebooks to legislative offices. We will gather from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Willamette Heritage Center, and then ask advocates to be at the Capitol from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to visit offices and attend committee meetings.

Am I Meeting with Legislators?
Every other year in Oregon, for the short session, we host the Legislative Luncheon and invite Legislators and key leaders in our state to speak to the Luncheon. We ask our advocates to plan their own trip to the Capitol to either stop by offices or set-up meetings We encourage you to reach out to Legislators that you have a relationship with to see if they are available to meet that day. You can find phone and email information here- https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/ or reach out to the GoWest team for assistance! You will be asking to deliver notebooks to offices and just stop by and say hello!
You can access a list of House and Senate districts by credit union branch information. The links below will download an excel spreadsheet to your computer with each list.
