Exhibitor Terms & Conditions 

Attendance and participation require your acceptance of the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, including the GoWest Code of Conduct and the GoWest Attendee Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk for In-Person Events, for MAXX 2026 and the GoWest Solutions Marketplace before completing your registration. 


Deadlines:

June 1 and before: 50% of the cost of the booth is refundable 

July 1 and after: all fees are non-refundable
