ASSET Act Goes Into Effect

Today, the credit union-backed ASSET Act went into effect after passing the Colorado Legislature earlier this year. The ASSET Act was passed to allow financial institution professionals to help prevent older Coloradans and vulnerable people from losing their hard-earned money to abusers or scammers.
