Vantage West Celebrates New Branch Opening, Supporting Paradise Valley Community

Vantage West Credit Union is celebrating the grand opening of its newly relocated Tatum & Shea Branch in Phoenix. This modern location replaces Vantage West’s former 32nd & Shea branch and reflects the organization’s continued investment in the Paradise Valley community.
“This relocation is about more than a new building — it’s about showing up for our community in a meaningful way,” said Jimena Valdés‑Walls, Senior Vice President of Member Experience at Vantage West. “We’re excited to continue serving the longtime members who know us well, while welcoming new members and neighbors into a space that reflects who we are and how we support people at every stage of their financial journey.”
The grand opening celebration on May 15 will bring community members together for an official ribbon cutting led by the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which is also coordinating participation from local city officials. Local First Arizona and community nonprofit Heroes and Angels LLC will also be in attendance, underscoring the collaborative spirit behind the celebration.
Located at the heart of the Shea Corridor, the new branch was designed to create a more accessible experience while expanding the credit union’s reach to individuals, families, and businesses.
In addition to everyday banking services, the Tatum & Shea team will support broader financial wellness needs — helping members plan, save, borrow, and build confidence around their financial future. The branch serves as another example of how Vantage West reinvests in the communities it serves by creating spaces designed for connection, education, and trust.
