The third GoWest CDFI Roundtable of 2025 will be held on Monday, Aug. 25 from 2-3:30 p.m. PT / 3-4:30 p.m. MT. Hear from industry experts and connect with professionals from other CDFIs within the GoWest region.

During the roundtable, credit unions will have the opportunity to showcase the impactful ways they’re serving their communities and join in on insightful conversations.

The GoWest team will provide updates on recent changes to the CDFI program and highlight the resources and support available to assist your credit union on its CDFI journey.

This quarter’s special guest – Mike Beall

CU Strategic Planning’s Chief Experience Officer Mike Beall will share how CU Strategic Planning works with credit unions – large or small – to improve their financial performance and impact in the community.

Mike leads CU Strategic Planning’s legislative outreach efforts to support CDFI Fund appropriations. His strategic work was instrumental and part of a large coordinated effort leading to a $12 billion carve-out for CDFIs in the Cares Act. During the roundtable, he will offer his take on the current CDFI landscape — where its at now and where it might be headed.
