TAPCO Credit Union announced the grand opening of its new full-service branch in Frederickson, Wash. The opening of this branch reflects TAPCO’s deepening roots in its 91-year history and its enduring commitment to Pierce County communities.
The 5,200-square-foot branch officially opened its doors on May 12 and was designed with members in mind. The branch offers modern amenities, including a drive-thru, walk-up and drive-up ATMs, a night deposit box, and a dedicated community room intended to host financial workshops, local events, and networking opportunities.
To commemorate this occasion, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on June 11. The community is invited to join the celebration, which will feature treats from local businesses, door prizes, branch tours, and more.
“We are excited to further our commitment to the Frederickson community through the opening of this new branch,” said Justin Martin, President and CEO of TAPCO Credit Union. “Through the relationship-centric branch design, dedicated community area and space for a local business, this new location was designed to be a catalyst for positive change.”
The Frederickson branch replaces TAPCO’s previous location in the Canyon Crossing Shopping Center, which opened in 2020. The new facility is part of TAPCO’s ongoing efforts to provide accessible, community-focused financial services throughout Pierce County.
TAPCO Credit Union extends its gratitude to Momentum Inc. and Helix Design Group for their invaluable contributions to the project.
