Hughes Federal Credit Union recently launched its newest debit card, the “Quail Trail,” featuring exclusive artwork by renowned Tucson, Ariz., artist Diana Madaras. The vibrant card not only celebrates the beauty of the Southwest but also supports the local environment in a meaningful way.
For every Quail Trail card issued, $5 will be donated directly to the Tucson Wildlife Center, helping rescue, rehabilitate, and release injured and orphaned wildlife across Southern Arizona.
“We’re excited to offer our members a unique way to show their love for the desert while making a real impact,” said Elisa Ross, VP of Marketing. “The Quail Trail card is more than just a debit card – it’s a celebration of local art and commitment to our community.”
The Quail Trail card is the newest addition to Hughes Federal Credit Union’s growing suite of Diana Madaras debit cards, which includes member favorites like the Hummingbird, Finger Rock, and Painted Sky. Each design celebrates the beauty of the Sonoran Desert through Madaras’ signature style.
Madaras is one of Tucson’s most celebrated artists, known for her bold, colorful portrayals of the Southwest. Her work captures the spirit of the Sonoran Desert and is a cherished part of the local landscape.
In addition to supporting local wildlife, cardholders will enjoy an exclusive discount at the Diana Madaras Gallery, making it even easier to bring home a piece of Tucson’s vibrant art scene.
