Spreading Cheer: Gesa Credit Union Is Seattle Christmas Market’s Exclusive Financial Institution Sponsor

Gesa Credit Union, one of Washington’s largest credit unions, announced it is returning for the second year as the exclusive financial institution sponsor of the Seattle Christmas Market, a cherished holiday tradition rooted in the Pacific Northwest. The long-time favorite event will take place at the Seattle Center from Nov. 21 to Dec. 24.

This year, Gesa is offering exclusive perks for its members at the Seattle Christmas Market, including a 15% discount on tickets. At the market, Gesa is hosting a Holiday Photo Booth, where visitors can take fun and festive pictures as cherished Christmas keepsakes. Additionally, Gesa is bringing holiday cheer to all marketgoers by hosting a booth with more information on how to enter its festive giveaways, including a chance to win $500 in vendor gift cards, a Seattle Christmas Market season pass, and some fun Santa lights, Squishies, and hats.

The Seattle Christmas Market is a beloved staple inspired by Old-World German Christmas Markets that brings its festive spirit to Seattle Center each year. With more than 80 artisan huts, guests can find unique handcrafted gifts, enjoy seasonal treats like Glühwein (mulled wine) and German beers, and explore colorful décor under sparkling lights. Family-friendly activities include the Pacific Northwest’s only Double-Decker Christmas Carousel, a market-wide scavenger hunt, photos with St. Nikolaus, and visits from Holly and Jolly, the Market’s cheerful mascots – creating a wonderful holiday experience.

“We’re thrilled to partner with the Seattle Christmas Market again this year, as we see this developing into an iconic and beloved holiday tradition in our state,” said Brandon Allison, AVP of Training, Education and Community Relations at Gesa Credit Union. “This event creates a magical space for friends, families, and neighbors to come together and celebrate. We’re honored to support a local event that captures the heart of the holidays and provide our members with benefits that are sure to make it an extra special treat.”
