Idaho Credit Unions Stay Active at the Statehouse

During this past week, our Idaho credit unions were visible throughout the halls of the Idaho Statehouse. The NWCUA Advocacy Team continues to pursue the advocacy goals of the Credit Union Movement. Our team is buoyed by the engagement and commitment of our members. 

Coming strong off our Idaho Credit Union Day at the Capitol, our credit unions were seen as participants in the “Buy Idaho” exhibition as well as providing informational briefings on financial literacy and personal finance curriculum development to several legislative committees.  

In the week ahead, we expect to begin advancing several items on our legislative agenda.  Please be on the lookout for Calls to Action and legislative outreach opportunities.
