We’ll Count on You To:

Be responsible for proactive monitoring and management of the credit union’s commercial loan portfolio. This position is responsible for developing and executing portfolio management tactics that mitigate risks and enhance the commercial loan experience. The position will also oversee Portfolio Managers and provide leadership to ensure compliance with established Credit Union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The position will actively assist the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) in managing commercial loan requests from preflight through approval with a specific focus on managing the renewal process of maturing loans and change in terms process.

What You Need to Have:

• Seven (7) to (10) years of experience in commercial lending, underwriting, or portfolio management including two years of supervisory experience.
• College degree in business, accounting, or a related field
• Experience leading a commercial underwriting or portfolio management team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well with others including strong leadership skills
• Experience training and developing commercial banking employees
• Experience working with senior management and Credit Administration
