Join our IT team as an in-person Technical Support Analyst and grow your skills in network and systems support. You’ll provide first-class technical assistance, develop strong troubleshooting expertise, and gain experience across a wide range of technologies – all in support of a mission-driven organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑level technical support for approximately 150 internal users, resolving common hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and document issues related to Windows/Mac systems, Microsoft 365, printers, VPN, and basic network connectivity
- Deliver clear, professional customer service to non‑technical employees, explaining solutions in an easy‑to‑understand manner
- Accurately document tickets, follow established procedures, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and follow security and confidentiality requirements in a regulated financial environment
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, organization, and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Job Requirements:
- In‑person, on‑site role — candidates must be able to work from the office.
- This position requires 40 hours a week, primarily Monday through Friday and Saturdays as assigned. Ability and willingness to work alone, irregular hours, extended hours, and weekends if needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance coverage.
- High School required plus 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or information systems field required or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Foundational IT knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 applications, basic networking concepts, printers, VPNs, and user access management.
- Technical troubleshooting skills to identify, document, and resolve common hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues, following established procedures and escalation paths.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical internal employees and provide professional, patient support.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple support tickets, prioritize issues based on business impact, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and follow security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements in a regulated financial services environment.
- Learning agility and problem‑solving ability to quickly learn internal systems, apply logical troubleshooting steps, and continuously improve technical skills.
Pay Information:
The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
$20.50 – 27.70 per hour
