Job Description:

Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union is seeking a Technical Implementations Specialist to join its team. This position is responsible for the internal contract and product implementation processes for new credit union setups and mergers. The Technical Implementations Specialist also provides second-level support for certain products and provides subject matter expertise to other areas. In addition, this position installs drivers, troubleshoots file issues and supports member credit unions on Alloya’s products and services while providing exemplary member service.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as second-level support on all remote deposit capture and image processing products (e.g., reading and troubleshooting check image files, diagnosing issues with vendors, assisting with scanning issues, etc.).
  • Coordinates all aspects of product implementation, working closely with credit unions, vendors and internal project teams.
  • Responsible for all credit union testing and technical support during the implementation process.
  • Provides credit unions with the necessary tools for implementation, communicates status of implementations to management.
  • Administers user set-up and changes on Alloya’s internal systems.
  • Assists with training credit union personnel on proper use of hardware/software.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of similar or related experience.
  • A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in Windows 10, Microsoft Edge and Chrome, UltraEdit or similar technology.
  • Working knowledge of system networking and compatibility desired.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Item processing and/or technical help desk experience a plus.
