About the Position

We’re currently looking for a Systems Analyst to come on board and help us set our IT team up for success.

If you have IT experience either within banking or another regulated field but are looking for a change this job might just be your next great adventure!

Some of the essential duties include:

  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Support hardware and software in a multi-OS workstation and server environment.
  • Maintain and diagnose network issues.
  • Use Recall (UniQuery) or SQL/ODBC to extract data from core system and other data sources.
  • Maintain our document imaging platform.
  • Maintain credit union’s active directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure environment
  • Participate in projects as needed.
  • Perform IT Auditing
  • Provide primary end-user support utilizing IT helpdesk tools
  • Create and maintain IT Department documentation
  • Document and form data mapping
  • Be the back up to our Director of IT

Coming into a smaller credit union making big changes, will also allow you to have a voice in those changes as we move forward and grow.

This position allows you to make each detail matter for our team members. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, gain knowledge, and gain skills to make a difference, with both members and your team.

Essential Requirements

A minimum of 3 year experience with a credit union, other financial institution, or other regulated industry as an IT professional.

Being detail oriented as well as flexible is a must.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary ranges from $52,000-79,040, pay depends on experience.

This is a full-time position that may require some flexibility. We believe in a work life balance, and we offer very generous vacation time along with a separate sick bank, and 12 paid holidays each year.

Additional benefits include medical, dental and vision. Long term disability, Life and AD& D insurance. A generous 401K contribution each year along with an employer match. We will pay $100 towards your parking or public transit for your commute to our downtown location while you train. Parking will be free at the Hillsboro location.

Our Hiring Process & Timeline

We will review resumes until the position is filled

We will begin scheduling 30-minute phone interviews on 11/1/2021 and begin scheduling one hour in-person interviews the same week, based upon the results of the phone interviews.

We would like to have the selected candidate start by 12/20/2021.
