• Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and utilization of data in decision making.
• Strong planning, time management and execution skills.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo; ability to critically and respectfully examine issues and
reporting.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to actively contribute to committee and board activities, including packet review and
meeting preparation.
• Useful experiences: Experience working in a highly regulated industry, cyber security, data
security, and AI.
• Live/work in the Oregon and SW Washington counties within our field of membership.
