Job Description:
Responsibilities will include mitigating risk, promoting loan growth, and leading membership growth initiatives. Additionally, the board will look to this individual to analyze the financial performance of strategic objectives, and lead project management and due diligence for all strategic projects within the credit union. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of senior leadership experience within a financial institution, proven project management experience, exceptional financial analytical skills, and ability to lead, coach, and develop an engaged employee base.
